The Strategy team play a key role in defining OES’s strategic vision, and have been instrumental in OES’s successful transformation into a global multi-partner, multi-solution business. A team of creative thinkers with education, technology and business acumen, the Strategy team provide a business-wide launchpad for new services and programs, all in support of our core business purpose supporting student success.
Our Student Experience & Insights team is committed to supporting student success, applying research and fine tuned learning analytics that informs key decision-making, while supporting students throughout their study journey via student mentorship, outbound engagement campaigns and more. The team draws upon their varied expertise in learning analytics, academic research and UX design to glean compelling and actionable insights from a range of data, using it as an evidence-based foundation to improve student retention, progression and success.
OES’s high-performing Sales team play a pivotal role converting marketing leads into enrolments, guiding prospective students and providing key information for students to make an informed choice. Responsible for overseeing applications and assessing student documentation to establish entry criteria, the Sales team ensure prospective students find the course that best matches their aspirations.

Our dedicated Student Support team act as the primary point of inbound and outbound support for new and current students. Student Advisors are on the frontline of the student experience providing efficient and timely general academic guidance and technical, administrative and pastoral advice. They are supported by a team of Student Coaches who proactively engage with students at key milestones of their study journey. The team’s singular focus is to keep students on the path to success.
The UK teams manage the relationship with OES’s business partners in the UK, providing end-to-end services for our UK partners. Working closely with these universities to create student-centric online learning experiences, the UK teams also play a key role in OES’s growth initiatives, as we continue to take our world-class online learning model to a global audience.
The Vocational Education and Training (VET) team work closely with our dual sector University partner, Swinburne University and students Australia-wide to deliver a range of Diploma-level programs. VET qualifications act as a pathway for students looking to progress into higher education studies, and provide valuable upskilling and reskilling opportunities for those already in the workforce. The team works with students from enrolment to graduation, providing valuable assistance and support to their online studies as they set out to achieve their educational and career goals.
