OES Learning Solutions has always stood for transformation in higher education, first as Construct, then as Construct powered by OES, and now as OES Learning Solutions. Today, we are proud to announce the formation of our U.S. Advisory Board, a diverse group of leaders whose expertise will help us deliver on our promise of global expertise, local relevance.
With decades of combined experience across higher education, technology, innovation, and policy, the Advisory Board will provide strategic counsel on opportunities and challenges shaping the future of learning design and online program enablement. Their insights will strengthen our ability to deliver outcomes-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of universities, students, and the workforce.
Advisory Board Members
• Ann Kirschner – Entrepreneur, academic, and author, Ann is a pioneer in digital media and a doyenne of online education. She launched NFL.com and the first Super Bowl livestream, founded Fathom.com with Columbia and other leading institutions, and served as Dean of Macaulay Honors College (CUNY) and interim President of Hunter College. Ann currently serves on the boards of Movado Group, Strategic Cyber Ventures, and Break Through Tech, bringing expertise in innovation, technology, and the future of learning.
• Martin Betts – Academic advisor and visiting professor with 40+ years of university leadership worldwide. Author of Changing Higher Education for Good and other influential works, Martin brings deep global sector expertise and a focus on embracing change in higher education. Martin has worked with OES in several capacities in the past, and we are thrilled to have him on our Advisory Board.
• Candace Sue – Strategic communications leader with senior executive experience at a global edtech company and the University of California. She has led initiatives that bridge global student perspectives with technology innovation and advises on institutional transformation, stakeholder engagement, and market positioning.
• Teri Cannon – Founding President of Minerva University and former Executive Vice President of WASC Senior College and University Commission. A lawyer and academic with more than 40 years’ experience in accreditation, governance, and innovation, Teri advises on institutional design, global learning, and organizational change.
• Jim Lummus – Executive Vice President of University Solutions at AllCampus, with more than two decades of leadership at the intersection of education and technology. Jim provides expertise in enrollment strategy, regulatory environments, and student engagement, ensuring OES’s solutions align with U.S. higher education needs.
