{"id":32387,"date":"2026-03-10T22:03:46","date_gmt":"2026-03-10T22:03:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oes.com\/us\/?p=32387"},"modified":"2026-03-11T04:30:57","modified_gmt":"2026-03-11T04:30:57","slug":"oes-joins-the-tech-council-of-australia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oes.com\/us\/blog\/oes-joins-the-tech-council-of-australia\/","title":{"rendered":"OES joins\u00a0the Tech Council of Australia to shape Australia\u2019s future skills and technology agenda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>OES (Online Education Services) has joined the Tech Council of Australia (TCA), strengthening its commitment to shaping national policy at the intersection of technology, skills and education.<\/p>\n<p>Membership of the Tech Council of Australia will enable OES to contribute its education and workforce expertise to national conversations on productivity, innovation, digital capability and long-term skills development.<\/p>\n<p>As a new member, it was fitting for OES and SEEK to co-host the first 2026 Tech Council of Australia Member Forum in Melbourne, bringing together senior leaders from across the technology sector, government and higher education to help inform the next phase of TCA\u2019s policy platform, research agenda and advocacy priorities.<\/p>\n<p>OES CEO Jonathan Davey said joining the Tech Council of Australia reflects OES\u2019s belief that education policy and technology policy must be developed together.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAustralia\u2019s ability to compete and prosper depends on how well we connect technology, skills and education.
