<b>unbundled (OPX) services<\/b>, including instructional design, course building, QA (WCAG), and complete project management. As experts in course migration and adaptation, our Learning Team focused on creating a Competency-Based Education (CBE) framework for <b>asynchronous learning<\/b>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Working closely with faculty, the team reordered existing resources to support a primarily self-directed learning experience with minimal instructor involvement. Additionally, we <b>collaborated with contract SMEs<\/b> to develop pre-assessment (Knowledge Check) questions aligned with the competency framework&#8217;s mastery levels.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Since the project didn&#8217;t require media production, OES optimized the use of readings and ensured<b> Learning Tool Interoperability (LTI) <\/b>for all supplied videos.
