What does the Go To Market team do?<\/h2>\n

“OES\u2019s Go To Market team bridges the gap between strategy and business development,” Adnan says.<\/p>\n

Keeping a close eye on higher education trends and market conditions while leveraging OES’s dedicated Experience and Insights team, Adnan and his strategy colleagues identify, define and validate concepts for new services and partners.<\/p>\n

“OES is continually piloting new ideas and testing the benefits for students and partners. This puts us in a unique position to scale and adapt initiatives according to partner needs,” Adnan explains.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s an exciting part of the business to work in. Combining skills to achieve client outcomes<\/h2>\n

Adnan says his role requires a mix of skills including critical analysis, financial modelling, market research and service design. He enjoys the dynamic higher education environment as well as the opportunity to hone new capabilities.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe most important skill I\u2019ve gained at OES is adaptability. The nature of our work forces us to react quickly to changing market conditions and requests from internal and external stakeholders. Being able to adapt and deliver the best outcomes within tight timeframes is challenging but makes me better prepared each time.\u201d<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/section>\n\n\n

Passionate about higher education, Adnan and his team are currently working on initiatives related to OES\u2019s Careers and Employability services.<\/p>\n
