Jon Davey is the Chief Executive Officer of OES, where he brings deep leadership experience across education, consulting, financial services and fintech.<\/div>

Jon began his career as a teacher, primarily in primary education and physical education, before returning to university and spending around a decade in consulting.<\/div>
\r\n
<\/div>
\r\n
He then joined National Australia Bank, where he worked for more than 10 years and rose to executive general manager of digital, innovation and customer experience. In 2019, he left NAB to work with fintech and start-up businesses, including Medipass, where he became CEO.<\/div>
\r\n
<\/div>
\r\n
Tyro acquired Medipass in 2021, integrating it as Tyro Health, which Jon led before being appointed CEO of Tyro Payments in September 2022. Jon was the CEO of Tyro Payments until the end of 2025 before departing to join OES, commencing as CEO on 15 December 2025.<\/div><\/div>\n

Chris plays a central role in shaping and delivering OES\u2019s strategic direction and leads the Project Management Office. He works closely with the CEO and Executive team to define priorities, translate strategy into clear plans and drive alignment across the organisation.

As the head of OES\u2019s academic leadership and partnership teams, Erin Jancauskas leads OES\u2019s academic leadership and partnership teams. Before moving to his Executive role, Erin was the Academic Director for both WSU Online and Monash Online where he led the successful launch and subsequent growth of these two OES partnerships. For every partner, Erin underpins OES’s online and blended solutions with deep academic expertise and a strategic focus on market growth and nurturing student success.
\r\n
\r\n\u201cHaving worked in both business and academia, I feel very much at home at OES. It has the culture and student-centricity of a university coupled with the agility and rule-breaker attitude of a tech company. \u201d<\/em><\/strong>

\r\nWith a background in engineering \u2013 and a PhD in aerodynamics \u2013 Erin\u2019s career has spanned both industry and academia. Prior to OES, he co-founded a successful strategic consulting company and worked on more than 150 projects for the private sector, governments, and universities Australia-wide.

\r\nIn his higher education career, Erin has held two professorships, as well as a number of senior university management positions including Dean of Engineering and Head of the Melbourne School of Energy and Environment. He has been nationally awarded for his leadership in engineering education in Australia and for his successful university-industry partnerships.<\/div>\n

An experienced Company Director, Wendy has over 30 years\u2019 experience in Financial Services in roles which included Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer at AXA, General Manager, Institutional Technology at ANZ, and Group Executive, Operations at AMP.
\r\n
\r\nWendy is Chair of Epworth Healthcare, and a Director of IAG, People First Bank, auDA and Data Action. She was previously a Director of Ausgrid, Tower and AMP Bank, and a member of Council at Swinburne University of Technology.
\r\n
\r\nWendy holds a Bachelor of Arts from LaTrobe University, a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA. She completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, is a Graduate member of the AICD, a Fellow of FINSIA and a member of Chief Executive Women.

\r\nMs Thorpe was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in the 2025 King’s Birthday 2025 Honours List for services to the financial sector.<\/span><\/div>\n

\r\nMichael is currently Managing Director \u2013 Education at SEEK Investments. Michael spent 13 years at SEEK in a variety of roles culminating as CEO Asia Pacific & Americas. While at SEEK, Michael served as a Director of IDP Education for 9 years and was heavily involved in the founding and startup of OES.\u00a0 Michael was CEO of Redbubble Limited from 2021-2023 and has also worked at McKinsey & Company, Tabcorp and the Collingwood Football Club.

\r\nMichael holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Melbourne, an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University, and is a Graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon.<\/div>\n

\r\nAriel is currently an Investment Director at SEEK investments within the education team. Ariel spent 5 years at SEEK, leading strategic initiatives to create more effective and efficient career marketplaces across APAC, which included working alongside product and AI teams, early stage ventures and completed strategic acquisitions. Ariel is a co-founder of the social enterprise Fruit2work and has also worked at management consultancy Kearney and global engineering firm SKM.

He has been involved at SEEK since 1999 as an early employee and senior executive having previously overseen business development, strategy and international investments. Jason was also a Partner at Tiger Global Management, a US-based investment management firm.

Since 2004 Josh has been focused on expanding SEEK\u2019s presence in education, and was one of the strategic architects behind SEEK Learning, a service connecting working adults with courses to develop their careers. Josh\u2019s experience also includes his role as Strategy Director of THINK Education Group, which was part of the SEEK Group during this time.

\r\nOther current directorships include the Board of Universidad en L\u00ednea (UTEL) as part of SEEK\u2019s investment in the Mexican Online University.

\r\nMark’s extensive executive career included 24 years with Telstra Corporation Ltd in senior finance roles including Group Executive Finance (Deputy CFO) and a period as acting Chief Financial Officer. Mark’s areas of responsibility included corporate planning, financial reporting, pricing, procurement & supply chain, credit management, taxation and billing. More recently, Mark was Chief Financial Officer of Catapult Group International Ltd and interim CFO of Articore Group Ltd.

\r\nMark is a Board member and Audit & Risk Committee Chair of Argo Global Listed Infrastructure Ltd and a member of the Audit & Risk Committee at St Kilda Football Club. Professor Dewar has held many leadership positions in the higher education sector, including Vice-Chancellor at La Trobe University (for 12 years from January 2012 to January 2024), Griffith University and the University of Melbourne (as Deputy Vice-Chancellor, (Global Relations) and Provost) and more recently, Interim Vice-Chancellor and President at the University of Wollongong.

\r\nHe is also a partner at KordaMentha in their performance improvement team since February 2024.

\r\nHe is a graduate of the University of Oxford, where he was also a Fellow of Hertford College from 1990-1995.
